Transformational development through structure, strategy, and support. This program guides participants through self-discovery, goal setting, and action planning based on Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and the “Master Builder” framework.

From career assessments and resume writing to job search and placement assistance, Broken Barriers provides a complete pathway to employment. Our process includes assessment, resume development, job search, interview preparation, and job placement support.

Community Referral Services

We connect clients to critical resources that remove obstacles to success. Services include documentation assistance, federal bonding, housing referrals, and connections to mental health and substance abuse services. These coordinated partnerships ensure clients receive holistic support toward independence.
